The Pink Medicine Show, episode 1 (ITV 1978) (Re-upload)

This is the first edition of the medical sketch comedy (written by and starring real doctors Rob Buckman and Chris Beetles) that always seemed rather out-of-place in the middle of Friday primetime on ITV - it felt like it really ought to be on BBC2 much later at night. Maybe that's why it only got the one series.

Oh man I know things were grim back in 1978 but this is poor fare.
I usually really enjoy 70s nonsense but this isn’t my cup of tea. Thanks for taking the time to upload though. Some great stuff on this channel

The only thing I remember about this series is the theme tune.

It was programmed by Arte in France in the 90s, after The Flying Circus, Not The 9 O'Clock News or KYTV. I was fascinated by the "surgey ballet" scene, I watched it dozen of times after recorded it on VHS. So great to be able to see it again 30 years later, I was hoping somebody would at last upload it. Thanks a lot.
