You guys always offer up a new and interesting video. That’s awesome to have. What a cool book. I’ve got a Hawking 1st edition of “Theory of Everything”. It’s shadowed by yours. Cool video. This was great to watch with my coffee. I’m currently on a big block and brainstorming ideas. I might do a video on how to read old books. Just kidding. Showing love from the east coast. Clear skies.
Belle acquisition ! In my last job I worked with 90 years old documents and it was stinky yet. I imagine this one can be even more. Thank you for your videos, those are really interesting. Ça fait plaisir de vous voir autant passionnés, bonne continuation.
In those days astronomy consisted of primarily of solar system objects, star positions, cataloging, and double stars hence the "not so interesting" entries. When handling that book gloves should be used and well as face masks. Centuries old particles land in your nasal membranes causing that unpleasant smell. This could be a health hazard.
haha yes, we probably should have. We wrapped it really good, hoping it will stay intact over time. Although we really want to just open a random page and read.

I’m excited and I’m only 10 seconds in.
