Boys i started working out few months ago and I could do 12 reps of dumbbell benchpress with 60s, Am I doing good? Btw I weigh 135lbs

that’s pretty good for your weight. I weigh around 125 lbs and I can only do 15 kgs on each hand for dumbbells press. Started like 1-2 weeks ago
thats a pretty good amount considering your bodyweight i would say assuming you do perfect form. Not bad at all.
