For nearly 3 years Juuna'e worked in Customer service. Although she had a master's degree her life and career were not as fulfilling as she wanted them to be.
She discovered CourseCareers through one of our brand affiliates and enrolled in our Technology Sales course.
With no prior experience or knowledge about the tech sales industry, she was stunned at the mass amount of information she was able to consume and understand in such a short time.
Juuna'e set out to change her life and was ambitious enough to not let anything stop her. She applied to many jobs and received many "No's" but all it took was one "YES" to change the course of her life.

I really enjoyed this interview but I just don't understand the title because she isn't a customer service rap she was a therapist.
This is great and I’m close to signing up but I’m not yet convinced that people actually have jobs after this program that aren’t being a coursecareers affiliate or another tech UA-camr
I understand. I think a lot of people get too stuck on this....the course careers program is helping a lot of people change their LIVES AND INCOME. I completed the program in August and landed a role in September and for me, it was natural to tell anyone wanting a better job. Outside of that the affiliate program is super lucrative. Most people in tech have a little free time on their hands haha so making these quick videos in order to help people do what we've just done is an easy decision. Also building a personal brand and mastering video outreach and video community is a hack to being super successful in tech. But just take your time and do more research, and connect with the students on LinkedIn I promise we all have real jobs lol, and when it feels right make your decision. Hope this helps!

Great video ❤I have been doing the research and my issue is that I’m over 50, do I have a chance at getting hired with a tech company?
I completed the course last Sept and have been helping other students get their jobs too. I just worked with a student in her 50s with 19years of years of exp in her industry who is having no problems! As long as you can navigate a computer and LinkedIn in your day-to-day work. The only other skill needed is to be able to have a simple relevant business conversation. If you can do that you wont have any problems either!

It should say, girl with master’s degree gets into tech sales. Kinda getting tired of blue collar workers being targeted. They will probably pick someone with a masters degree vs someone that just worked in customer service
