It actually took me 2 years to finally feel settled in the city where I have my university (this was also because of my living situations during those yearse), so I really get the anxious feeling of going back after spending time with your family... It also made me really appreciate time with my family, when I used to take it more for granted if you know what I mean. But now I'm fully settled and my university city feels like home instead of at my parents :)

It's actually scary how similarly we eat... Random but I also always have that yoghurt with granola, I learnt how to make my only granola though which I find to be much cheaper for the quantity. Also tuna wraps are delicious, I'll never understand the hate towards tuna. I recommend hot tuna wraps (tuna wrap flung into the microwave)

put the chia seeds in the yoghurt and mix it in and just let it sit a minute before you eat it so it can intake some liquid first

Soak the chia seeds in a 8 oz container overnight and have it for breakfast.
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of milk of choice
Honey or other form of flavoring/ sweetener
Shake and let sit for 5 minutes
Shake again and set in refrigerator
Top with fruit of choice
