    Fun facts
    16:50 if you're ever having trouble spreading this kind of flock, get one of those small metal tea filter balls. They're usually really cheap and they'll have a smaller spread.
    Plus it's just fun to shake around lol
    If your cardboard thing gets warped by PVA glue, just add some to the bottom and it'll flatten out again. This trick doesn't work for hot glue / Superglue as far as I know.

    • @Lomhow
      @Lomhow 4 роки тому +1

      I recently tested something.
      If you have foam that gets warped from Hot glue and super glue, throwing a bunch of PVA glue on the bottom DOES NOT FIX IT. Please learn from my mistake as I take this L

    Very nice conversion.The dark blue is a very good undertone and that white lichen can be good for the trees if dipped in glycerine and painted green.

    I really like the colours you've got in the rocks. Way more interesting than just a black base and drybrushing with grey and white. I'll have to try some like this. The blue with red and orange hints really work.

    I think that the redish looks like the old linseed oil protectant that old barns were painted with they used to add rust particles to deter moss and other growths that would deteriorate the wood

    Good stuff! I use store-bought static grasses, but I am too cheap to also buy an electric applicator. My peasant solution to make the grass stand up was to rub a balloon to build up a charge and then to hold it close to the surface to lift the fibres. Not sure if that would work with your home-brew grass, but it might be worth a try. And you won’t electrocute yourself. Thanks.

    drop a little blob of glue in a flock box. when its dry out you will get a little bush or turf of grass. sprinkle the flock over clear nylon and heat it with a hair dryer until it starts to melt.

    Compared to your figure, that door is very small, like maybe gnome size, but certainly not human size! Nonetheless, it was a good terrain build. How to make plastic objects
    Materials needed: -Polystyrene, discarded styrofoam, yogurt cups, sour milk, ice cream boxes, eggs, jewel cases (CDs) lako is easy to find in your home, too. polystyrene has the label polystyrene or only PS with number 6 or only number 6.) - acetone -glass container So! Pour a little acetone into a glass jar, one cm is enough for a small amount of plastic. Do not pour too much, you can add more acetone later, if necessary. Put the chopped pieces of polystyrene in a bowl, wait a minute - two to dissolve in acetone if you want to pour the plastic into a mold or five minutes if you want to shape by hand. The exact amounts are not important for this recipe, the more acetone evaporates, the thicker the liquid plastic will be. If the plastic becomes too thick, you can always add more acetone, and it will become more liquid. Once molded or shaped, the plastic will dry in approximately 12 hours.
