    I have relentless chronic anxiety disorder 24-7and depression. I take prescription meds from my Dr, but they arent helping much anymore.. 😟 I've tried everything I possibly can under the sun! Audios such as this are pretty much my last hope.. they do help some. I hope with time, I'll get better. Also wish the same for eveyone else here. ❤

      When I was younger I had such major depression and anxiety that is was hard for me not to sleep the day away, even leave my own home or even to be alone, it was so scary. I tried different day treatment centers, many different doctors and tried so many different meds. It did take some time but I did Finally found some meds. that works for me. As scary as it feels, it's worth seeking out new or different doctors and/or new meds. and just know your not alone.

      Try to change your name when i was a young i experienced same things and out of blue a wise man said that it was necessary to change my name after that my life completely changed but pay attention to choose the best name with beautiful and makes u happy one.

      I have had horrible panic attacks, anxiety attacks, night terrors, and nightmares . . .I jerk awake in the middle of the night and cant go back to sleep . . .I watch asmr reiki, isochronic tones, binaural beats, subliminal sleep hypnosis meditation with rain videos . . .
      You might try hylands tablets, Bach flower remedies, melatonin and Benadryl, and tension tamer tea with ginseng . . .hope you get better ❤️🧡💛💚💙🙏😇

    I've had severe panic attacks for 17 years. I know a lot of people know
    this already, but for those that don't. While listening to this, or even
    just in silence. Do your best to clear your mind. Visualize yourself
    somewhere that you feel safe. I prefer a forest clearing myself. Breathe
    deeply, but not too deep. Try to go with something that feels natural,
    in for around 3-4 seconds works best for me, then hold for 1-2 seconds,
    then out slowly for 3-4 seconds. Try and let your mind flow instead of
    getting trapped in any one thought for too long. Try and relax yourself
    starting at your feet, moving up slowly when you relax there to the next
    muscles. It always passes. I know, trust me. in the moment it seems
    like it won't. I still feel like it won't when I get them, but force
    yourself to remember that it will pass. I hope this helps even one
    person. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy and I'm not going to try
    and sell some program. Just at least give what I typed a try, what have
    you got to lose.

      Nice.. thank you for the tips. Its always nuce to feel like Im not the only one. Now if I could only tune out these neighbors.. I still hear them through the headphones.. partying all night in their bed 4 inces away from my head at the most!! Its been a 3 month nitemare that needs to end soon. I shall keep doing what I can do and trust in God to do the rest! Praying for a Miracle..

      May I recommend the Fisher Wallace device to you? It's such an amazing product for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Reduces symptoms by 70-80%. I've read about people using the device that had life changing results. In my opinion, I would not recommend pills. My sister has anxiety and use to take them, she wanted to commit suicide from them. Now that she's off of them she's better and not addicted either, thank goodness. I'm sharing this because I know what anxiety feels like and it sucks. I'm now a candle lighting a dark path for all who are ill from it. God bless and I hope this info changes your life for the better. :)

      And I moved!! Much better!! Still have the life long battle of dread, worry, fear, anxiety and PTSS. I have been working real hard on changing the way my brain works by using a variety of these.. Beta, Theta, Binaural, meditations, subliminals and breathing and lots of prayer. I feel I'm in a much better place all the way around. One breath, one moment, one thought at a time! ⚘❤🌿

I just recently in the last 4 months or so, suddenly started getting these panic attacks, which made no sense to me, felt like i was having a heart attack, even with the left shoulder pain into left arm, not intense but enough to freak me out even more, and these just come on out of no where, will be having a perfectly fine day, and i suddenly feel my chest hurt a little and my heart starts to race a little faster, into hours of trying to calm myself down, pacing back and fourth, breathing, trying to not think about it, trying to let it go, sometimes it works and sometimes it takes hours of on and off panic, its so bizarre, considering I have never dealt with actual panic or aniexty attacks before, My mother never got them when she was younger, neither, started getting them about 20 years ago and she always was freaked out thinking they were heart attacks.. but no.. panic attacks.... guess this is what I get for being such a worry wart my whole life 😞😞😞😞
      But thank you for the information, I tried this and it helped me so much!!! 😀❤

    These days I have had horrible anxiety, especially physically. I am never able to take naps let alone sleep well through the night. This helped me nap and wake up feeling more normal than I’ve felt in a long time. Thank you so much for this ❤️

    Dealing with the same anxiety, stress, anxious feelings a good part of my life! I was always told just to keep busy and it will be Ok! Seems like that just added to all, I live by myself, dealing with a 12.5 year relationship where now it seems to be going south, because someone else won't let her forget the past! A top of everything else and now this, my heart is broken in more ways than one! Feeling like she is/was the last love of my life! She is a very good person, but just won't let go!! I'm hoping this will help me some! I'm not new to subliminal! It is different now though the what I remember using years ago... But Thank you for sharing this music!!

    I was anxious as hell ( over nothing in particular 😂), so a burst of exercise, plus lifting some weights and within 5 minutes of this meditation I was as cool as cucumbers! Great stuff keep up the good work!

    Go in out into a large crowd of people and tell, I AM A RIPPED WARRIOR AND I AM EXTREMELY CONFIDENT. Then do it a few more times. After about the 3rd or 4th time all your anxiety will be cured and will feel alive for the first time potentially ever.

    If anyone is interested in relief for anxiety, look up the Fisher Wallace device or TMS therapy. Both great breakthroughs that help people with anxiety. That with these isochronic tones would be an amazing combination.

    Please body nourish from this music, please heart respond, please accept everything is ok. There is no need for worry or stress. I'm listening here and what a change. I'm notung more of my negativity and doing the opposite. I'm resting from physical therapy my cervical spine is damaged so therapy has to start with the neck not jaw. I am reluctant on pain mgmt I want to think myself well. I can do this in addition to therapy. I found here thru Jessica heslop inner child affirmations I'm renewed here.

      Silvia Pulido I tend to repeat things by paraphrasing them using different words because I have a difficulty time getting messages across to my children. However, I am fully aware that I'm doing this when I do it. It's not that I don't know any better. People's comments or their misinterpretation of why I do things the way I do them, really do not bother me. I know who I am and I recognize all of my God given abilities and talents and other assets & virtues. As long as God & I know who I truly am, other people's opinions do not matter to us.

    Why NO sound therapy found for tardius or being late? I know something was wrong, it was not a habit at all. And it's not really related to depression
