Spinach in salads and sautéed, yes, but also in frittata, in soup, in curries…truly the best. And you can freeze it too. I’ll be trying that priming tip for sure!

I absolutely loved this episode. I have learned so much over the years from watching Joe's show on PBS. I too love a full body acid tomato. I can eat one after another. As a small child, along with other child family members, I used to sneak into the neighbors garden with a little miniature Morton salt container and sit down in the middle of the tomatoes and feast...lol. God bless

@@LayneAngeloTGW when our mommas would holler for us to come home and eat and if we didn't run in right away they knew we were gorging on the neighbors tomatoes.. lol

My Dad used cattle panel and I use that now as well. I also use 10 ft. pieces of wood stakes and single stem them.

Glad to hear you are continuing your dad's tradition of using cattle panel! 🐄 Having used both cattle panel and stakes, which method do you prefer? Have a great day! 🤗

Love learning from Joe. Do you recommend pinching pepper plants? I’ve heard some discussion on this and would love your opinion.
