Beautiful snow, I loved hearing the crunch of your boots on the fresh snow when you went outside to do a little filming, I sure miss snow, I haven't been in the snow in almost 10 years now. Ben is your budding artist, he did such a great job with the snowman and that awesome slice of pizza for Dave, he really has an eye for art. All the lunches looked great this week, you're lucky to have such good spirited kids especially when you have to make a change in the already planned meals, they go right along with them and eat what you send. Hi Tania, I wondered would anyone notice the sound of the snow under my feet! It sure was pretty, but it is gone now (for now)! I am finally feeling better, but I feel drained, this has been a hard week and poor Emily just can't seem to kick this bout of sickness. Ben will often draw me something while he's at school, the fact that he thinks of me while he's there and makes me something, makes my heart happy. They are SO good to go with the flow for lunches. If I ask Jacob what he wants in his lunch, he'll often say "just pack me whatever", and he'll eat it. Hoping this sickness leaves our house soon. Hope you're having a good week and feeling well!! 😊
I always love when I see videos of yours come up. Your lunches are like mine for my kids and it’s not all cut little shapes and such. Of course today my kindergartener 6 yr old didn’t touch pretty much anything ….and then didn’t get her bentgo box closed. So the yogurt was on everything …fun times. Most of the time I make my kids in the mornings while they are getting ready for school. We do a thermos a lot so I have to heat those up in the morning anyways so it just works better for me.
Hey Brandie, nothing fancy here either! Alot of times I make mine in the morning too, it depends what they're taking. We use thermos' alot too, I find letting the boiling water sit in them first really helps their food stay warm. Sometimes I try and plan their week of lunches, so at least I kmow what they're taking. I can picture the mess with the yogurt in the bentgo box.... Lol. Our kids are currently on spring break, so I'm getting a break from lunches this week! Have a great weekend! 😊

Congratulations guys love the trophies how exciting great video as always i don’t know if you have like a tj Maxx or Ross or any place like that over there I find water bottles there for way cheaper maybe for you it would be equivalent to a winners or something if you have one ❤❤
Since you're from Canada I wanted to ask you do you have a recommendation on gloves or mittens that actually keep your fingers warm? No matter which ones I try my fingers get so cold.
I personally prefer mittens, your fingers can move around and therefor they stay warm. I find wool mittens that have a fleece lining inside are really great. Don't wear anything that is too tight, it's the same as boots, if they're too tight, you're feet will be cold. I can't think of a specific brand, but I hope that is helpful. I always buy our kids 'hot paws' brand and they've never complained about cold hands!
