Reason why W was maxed before Q for WW is Q's mana cost maxed out is ridiculous early while W AS is always useful free of cost.
I like the use of stats and numbers. Would love to see them in the future aswell

Ive tried the reworked FIDDLE STICKS at riot HQ!
R was called beware the- something , it had 5 charges .. I could place them like wards and they look like fiddle stick when he doesn't move for 3 seconds.. they can not be auto attacked but you can use abilities to destroy them. The enemy won't be able to tell if it's a scarecrow or fiddle sticks. (I don't think it does damage)
His passive makes him look like one of his scarecrow ..when he is attacked by an ability he becomes invisible and gains movementspeed .. when he gets out of invisiblity he fears everyone around him .
His Q or W drains Mana and attackspeed the W I think is skill shot like yasuos Q but if they are marked by the E it does a lot damage and his E is like karthuss toggle aoe and marks them.... it does a lot of damage too ..

It was broken when it had on-hit on e. Now it's stll broken but u cant put that on riot they gutter the on hit before realsing on live

He was busted in SUPPORT ONLY. Only jg he barely even passed 52%, which decreased after people knew about it. In support however he peaked at 56% and was rapidly declining

Garen is so strong with tri force and phantom dancer that at two items I can silence a carry and spin them to death before the silence ends. Removing 4 damage per spin will not stop that at all. It'll be a little harder to get strong, but this change won't make him any weaker once he's ahead.

Well, my third item is usually deadman's, and my Q breaks slows. I'm tanky, fast, and sticky, making me very hard to kite.
@@BLKCLVR third item? So what happen to their teamate CC (and i assumed that those are like Kog or something instead of those carries with their own CC, dash, speed boost, invis).
Well, I run tenacity in my runes and boots, and with the natural tenacity from my shield I have something like 90%, so even something like morgana bind lasts a fraction of a second. And if they have movement abilities, I'll attack someone else. There's always a target, and even if it's the tank then my spin will shred their armor and crit. It's hard to collapse on me because my items and kit give me defensive stats. This is a really difficult build to deal with and the traditional counterplay of "just cc him" is essentially impossible. Now, I wouldn't dive in 1v5 for sure, but you can very well win a team fight by catching someone out of position.
WW's W MS was not buffed. W is critical for ganking and chasing. AS isn't the only reason. WW also struggles with mana early on and Q has a higher mana cost per rank.

James McGrath They would have to remove lethal tempo then because Kog maw could have like upwards of 400 % attack speed or something with lethal tempo and items.

Riot thinks vik early game is weak??? Lul try playing anivia early game. Lowest base hp hell most midlanders out hp her without Doran's ring. Her passive early gives you -40 armor and mr and buying tear and catalyst makes her on par with most other mid laners without items. Your basically playing from behind all game until 3 items
