    NO CHEESE PIZZA
    Pizza is one of the most loved food all over the world. So here I thought of making the healthiest Pizza ever which one can have without guilt at all. I have been on a diet for long and was craving for a PIZZA a lot. Was in no mood to cheat & burn those calories all over again. There when I thought of making this incredibly healthy & delicious recipe. To make it extra healthy I made this pizza without cheese, plain flour, wheat, mayonnaise, yeast & oven. Yet super yummy and a must-must try recipe.
    This is a tried and tested veg Pizza recipe and if everything is followed correctly, you will be able to make great no-guilt pizza with the choice of your own toppings for your family & friends.
    This Recipe of homemade veg no cheese pizza is a pizza recipe made from scratch. Right from a replacement for cheese, Base which is without plain flour & wheat flour & pizza sauce.
    I have used capsicum & paneer as a topping. You can use your own assorted veggies for this pizza.
    The pizza base is made of Jawar (Sorghum) Roti. For the sauce, I have used dried oregano & chili flakes easily available ingredients in this locked down period.

    INGREDIENTS:
    For Pizza base:
    Jawar FLour: ¾ cup
    Water: ½ cup
    Salt: As per taste
    Oil: just a dash
    For the pizza sauce:
    Tomato: 1 big tomato
    Salt: As per taste
    Water: ¼ Cup
    Chili Flakes: 1 TSP
    Oregano: 1 TSP
    Black Pepper: ¼ TSP
    Sugar: ½ TSP
    Red chili powder: ½ TSP
    For the replacement of cheese:
    Butter/Ghee: 1 TSP
    Wheat Flour: 2 TSP
    Milk: ½ Cup
    For Toppings :
    Paneer Cubes: 10-15
    Capsicum: Chopped in cubes
    Red Chili Powder: A Pinch
    Black pepper powder: A pinch
    Paneer: 100g block
    Butter: 2 TSP
