Can see the OM4 is overall smoother in video while walking where as the Moza Mini is a little ‘vibrating’ (look at the green grass on the bottom right)..
@@pd-sk I agree. Buying high quality expensive product is better than buying cheap. Honestly I used the Moza mini for 2 days and returned it. It really didn’t felt to me the gimbal works!
I've got the Dji Osmo mobile 3 for my Sony Galaxy Note10 plus. I have also had the Mobile 2 (still in my office) I really like the DJI gimbal's. I bought the Sony ZV-1 and to try and control some of the stabilization issues with my kind of work I bought the Zhiyun Crane - M2 3 axis gimbal. It does OK but I like the DJI gimbal's better and am considering maybe updating to a DJI for my ZV-1. I also added a wide lens to the ZV-1 so it might now be too much for the Zhiyun gimbal. Anyone have thoughts on a not too large hand held good gimbal for the ZV-1? I'm really thinking DJI but unsure. Thanks for the video 👍
Hey Mark, IMO the crane m2 is probably the best suited for the ZV-1. The wide angle lens should still be ok although I’d have to check the weight. Next up from that would be the Moza mini p. Personally as much as I love the ronin gimbals they’re overkill and probably won’t balance correctly with a small camera like the ZV-1
@@VicBarry thank you Vic. I haven't tried out in the field yet the wide angle lens with the Crane. And I'm going to check out the moza mini. I got the wide angle lens you suggested by the way and like it as I just kicked out 3 training videos over the weekend sitting behind the camera (I can't be out cleaning and doing crazy with the new knee yet) and using props to make these vids of 3 new products we are releasing this week. Like the wide angle... Thanks for that tip and all your time you have taken to answer my questions! I'm such a camera rookie in search of info 😁👍
Great video! Disagree on the stabilization being a phone issue though. I was on the DJI forums and it's been documented by many (including responses from DJI staff) that the DJI MIMO app doesn't use the EIS when recording 4k 60. I've found this to be the case as well because when I use the native camera app, the stabilization is SO smooth, but you don't get any features from the MIMO app. Not sure if it's the same with the MOZA, but it does seem to be a trend that the stabilization is better within the native camera app when using mobile gimbals. Thought I'd bring it up because I wish that DJI would update the software a bit 😅 great hardware, bad software.
Hey there, yeah, it's a ongoing issue. At this stage, I reckon it's an Apple fault, who potentially haven't released the full SDK to devs. Maybe that's just me but
@@VicBarry According to the forums, Apple has had that released to devs since the OSMO 3 which is why the filmic pro app is able to utilize it (even while using the gimbal). but I do respect your point of view, fault isn't the issue though, the issue is that the EIS doesn't work with high framerates on the MIMO app.
can we see some gimbal comparisons for compact cameras too? I picked up the zv-1 and I think an external gimbal will really give it some cinematic oomph!
I Can’t seem to find a tracking comparison, i want a gimbal to track me when i’m skating, so no face tracking but from the side and moving, will then be justified the DJI? Is it better at object tracking?
Hey Vic love all ur videos brother , finally got the GoPro 9 the other day (newbie GoPro user) but was wondering if there are any preferred gimbals for the GoPro 9 other than than karma
Thank you :) Something like the Zhiyun Crane M2 is small and good enough for the GoPro - The stablization on the 9 is insanely good without a gimbal, what are you shooting?
@@VicBarry ok works for me cuz right now for the night lapse I use the suction. Still working on a few settings but the one I did driving last night came out pretty good just gotta find tome to edit. I drive big rigs so that’s what I’m using it for 😜

No idea. It should. The 11 pro fits with an otter box case which is far thicker than the silicon case. That said it seems to be designed for phones without a case
Looks awesome!
Very good review, thanks!

Was the anti-shake on on the moza when making the side by side video?
I reckon it wasn't.

have you used Moza Mini MX whilst using filmic pro to control your phone? If so how did it turn out? If not can you do a video please.

Does the iphone 12 pro with the silicon case fit in the clamp?
No idea. It should. The 11 pro fits with an otter box case which is far thicker than the silicon case. That said it seems to be designed for phones without a case
Its fine for 12 pro max
I wish you had done this with an android phone, the om4 doesn't allow you to film at 60 frames per sec at 4K
Does the motor comes in the view in wide angle camera
Yes.
@@VicBarry but you can move the phone a little, so that it doesn't come into view
Ok thank you
Can it bear the weight of iphone 12 proMax without any imbalance along with an add-on lens ? Please reply.
You need to figure out the weight of the add on lens and then the iPhone 12 Pro. From there see what the load is on the gimbal
@@VicBarry it’s 69 grams iPhone 12 promax is 269 grams. Now Mozart mini can bear and handle this total weight?
Thanks God bless Sir..
sorry I do not speak English. which advice among the 2? thanks
Moza mini max is cheaper and more or less the same to be honest
Did we seriously publish a video about the same product on the same day? 😂
