From Coma to Marathon
On February 2nd, 2018, my life took an unexpected turn after a car accident left me in a coma for 10 days. With multiple surgeries and a broken back, it seemed like my world had come to a standstill. However, what could have been a setback became the catalyst for a remarkable journey of resilience and determination.
Despite the challenges, I discovered a newfound passion for running during my recovery. Each step became a testament to my strength and determination to defy the odds stacked against me.
Fast forward to January 28th, 2024, a day etched in my memory forever. It marked the day I crossed the finish line of my first full marathon-a milestone I once thought was beyond reach. This accomplishment isn't just about completing 26.2 miles; it's a testament to the power of perseverance and the unwavering support of those who stood by me every step of the way.
This video is dedicated to all those who believed in me, supported me, and cheered me on during my darkest moments. Your encouragement fueled my determination and reminded me that with faith and perseverance, anything is possible.

This is unbelievable, incredibly proud of what you did here Ps Manou. I could feel the Holy Spirit reminding me of promises God made that I have long forgotten about.
