Foxy in Somerset

Highlights from the visit of the Foxcote Manor Society to the West Somerset Railway to see their loco 7822 Foxcote Manor in action between the 8th and 9th September 2018. This is my view point of the weekend.

I do wish Foxy would be repainted Brunswick Green. The colour suits her far better than black. If sponsoring the repaint is the best way forward, I'm more than willing to. Wonderful video, but the camera should be focusing on Foxcote Manor only and nothing else. You either capture her from the left or the right-hand side, not both. That's the way I did it, yet I could only do so in two parts: first between Bishops Lydeard and Crowcombe Heathfield and second between Dunster and Minehead. The journey is too long for one to focus on her all the way. I'll have to try putting a least a tenner or fiver at least, towards seeing my beloved Foxy in Brunswick Green. That is the best I can offer.
