Hi Quiang and Dan. I'm a FilAm traveling for a year after retiring from Big Tech America. I've also been in Tbilisi for a couple of months. I know where you live. There a nice club called L'ado at the Valiko Mansion on the square that has a unique Bohemian vibe. Lol coz I actually live above the restaurants where Quiang was enjoying her Khinkali. Tbilisi certainly fits your parameters of a safe and affordable city with a European vibe. I'll think of it fondly once I move on to my next destination.
