How does that die work? It cuts the frame and you have to trace and cut by hand? It doesn't cut what you want in the frame?

It will cut what you want in the frame, you just run that paper back with the die again. However, this card is giving instructions to my Card Club. Not all of them will purchase the die, so they will need a way to make their DSP fit into the frame. These instructions are for that.
