Not only does he get better looking with age but his music is amazing! His newer music is filled with the joy in his life and his songs are more heartfelt! I love the music he makes with his sons!

'Hazard' and 'Take this heart', in fact all of his live concert numbers are as good, if not better, than the studio versions - the mark of a true vocalist and his backing band!
Back when Marx was truly rocking. In my opinion did he peak with Rush Street - also thinking production of the album 🎸

Richard Marx's Early Years, Childhood and Family
Richard Noel Marks was born on September 16, 1963 in one of the largest American cities - Chicago. The creative atmosphere surrounded him from childhood, which is why music has always been an integral part of the life of our hero today. The point is that both of the artist's parents were also musicians.
Mom was quite a successful pop singer, and her father earned his living by writing so-called Jingle - Short songs for commercials and TV shows. In addition, a significant contribution to the professional development of Richard Marx was made by such musicians as Lionel Richie and Billy Joel, whose work from childhood was very fond of Richard Marx.
So, without even thinking about his future career, our today's hero chose music. At first he studied with his parents, and later took guitar and piano lessons from some of Chicago's famous masters.
At school, Richard Marx was interrupted by part-time work. He sometimes performed in bars and clubs, but most often sang at school parties for his peers. In 1982, having received a high school diploma, the young musician went to Los Angeles, where he decided to pursue a professional career.
