I resonate with your reasons for loving it. I started the design job search a couple of months ago and I definitely got some sort of depressed going through that cycle everyday. Once I decided that I should cut out the “middle man” and go freelance, everything started to click. I was trying to play it safe by getting an in-house or agency position, but I know going freelance will make me the most satisfied as an entrepreneur and a designer.
