i5 9400 is a bottleneck here. It doesn't even fully open 2060 potential not even close to open 3080

3080 is averaging 90% utilization so it is pretty close and wouldnt be a bottleneck on a 2060 at all

it must be something wrong with your system, it is impossible to get 120 fps with 3080, must be about 300

So u have bottleneck with cpu, so u need to upgrade to r7 5800x3d or more, u will probably have like 400+
