Why is it that you cant use david goggins content but you can use clips of John Snow? Does it come down to the length of the copyrighted content used?
Basically if you transform the content enough you’ll be fine, less then 5 seconds is the sweat spot. You could use clips of David G if your only using 5 second clips

Tiktok generally shows your content to the people in your country first. You might want to look at buying a us sim card
If somebody is getting you hyped up and saying nobody is doing a certain technique, you can bet there are thousands of people already doing it.
Also, copying someone else's transcript and running it thru AI does not make it all your own. Same with film clips.
There is almost zero creativity in this clip, but I still think it was well produced and the topic was explained well too.
