Loved to hear about Annabelle's experience with Duolingo, I'm going to keep it in my backpocket for my little ones. My 5 yo goes to the local French School, so his French is now well established but I'm always thinking about how to maintain his English and even more so, for his little brother whose speech is still limited. Glad you enjoyed the video! I never thought I’d have to ‘resort’ to an app but it’s helped hugely and I’ll always be grateful to Duolingo for that. Of course, it’s not enough without extra reinforcement in every day life but it’s certainly a great starting point. We’ve been playing Uno, Connect 4, guess who, jeu des 7 familles in French too!

Duolingo is a quick and easy way to practice French daily. During Covid it has been a new good habit to establish.

Oooh yes, you can get away with it when you speak as you’ll still be understood but the questions on the app force you to pay attention ⚠️ to all the tricky ones!
