If your baby has severe diaper rash try mama nature's tiny troubles salve. It is probably the most expensive diaper cream in the world but it is magical. If it lasts over 7 days do I still reapply after every diaper change? I’m a new momma, also do I actually need to use that much? I don’t have lots of money but if my baby needs it I will do it that way
A baby should be washed with water at every diapper you change and use protection cream. Not those wet thing.
