Ac milan Was so stacked , Literly the whole team was legends in every position
They nearly got knocked out by psv.
Yeah, btw Liverpool come to Final as underdog.
And that's why it was the greatest ever Champions League comeback 🤩
And Liverpool got dismantled a year after
Liverpool were playing shit in the premier league when they won champions league
This was a match was way bigger than u realise. This was one of AC Milan’s best ever teams with Pirlo, Kaka, Dida, Seedorf, Cafu, Maldini, Stam, Shevchenko, Crespo, Gattuso and Nesta. All of these players where definitely one of the best players in the world in there own positions. Definitely should react to all these players
Against one of the worse Champions League winning teams ever. That liverpool team was so bang average.

The goalkeeper for Liverpool is called Jerzy Dudek
Can we stop to appreciate that Bronco forgot Stevie G played for Liverpool but remembered him. I'm pretty sure he only played for Liverpool while in Europe.
Yeah, he only played for Liveprool and LA Galaxy but like c'mon, MLS is pretty much a retirement home for big european stars
I was wondering how tf he did that but at the same time give bronco some credit for pronouncing Shevchenko correctly
He played for liverpool for 17 years and one year in MLS for LA galaxy.
He was at Liverpool from the age of 8
He Did never left us
To put it into context, this AC Milan side was one of the best UCL teams in football history , they had at least 5 of the best players in the world at the time, there's no understating how massive this comeback was
this man really said "I forgot that Stevie played for Liverpool.
"I forgot Steve played for Liverpool" He spent 90% of his career there and played over 700 times😂
init lmfao
Americans only discovering football recently! 🤣 Any football lover would know Gerrard is Mr Liverpool!
The best you never walk alone ever.
The crowed is 70% of the win.
Not even a liverpool fan, but its amazing.
Greatest sporting moment I ever witnessed (as a Liverpool fan). Massive underdogs. Down by a goal within a minute. Total despair at half-time down by 3 goals. And then within 6 minutes we were level. Dudek making impossible saves for the rest of the game. I will never forget this.
all systems point to us winning ucl again buddy. final in Istanbul, lost to real madrid in ucl final this year just as in 2018 but we won the ucl next year

Hearing my hero called lil steve for nearly 13 minutes hurt my soul.
I wish I could explain how giant this occasion was, Milans team was beyond legendary that year.
i was 15 at the time of the game and it was my first time seeing my beloved Liverpool win the champions league, the time before was in 84 and i was born in 89. i have been a Liverpool fan all my life and I have immense pride of the reds. being from Liverpool is an honour and to be a Liverpool fan is a blessing, here in the city of Liverpool, football is life no matter if you support Liverpool or Everton. I think I watched the game through my fingers at one point, I never gave up hope with my boys and no matter what, I will always stand by them and support them

as a Turkish who lives in İstanbul i was at this game as a 1 year old i wish i could remember but it is what it is i hope this year the final in İstanbul will be great too cannot wait btw much respect and love bronco
9:00 one of the most rewound saves in football history.. im from the Blue side of Liverpool and this night broke my heart in a good way, as it was just over a year after my mum died, and she was a season ticket holder for the kop (part of liverpools stadium where all the die hard fans stood) and gave it up coz she was pregnant with me.. i felt she was with me watching, as i wept
The one you said “he nervous “ when taking a penalty kick at 10:04
Legend. Andre Pirlo. Real football fans will attest 🔥🔥

As an Arsenal fan I turned it over at half time. Turned it back at 3-2 and I can honestly say it’s the only time I’ve got so invested in another team - My heart was beating out of my chest.
i remember watching this game. I was shocked how stunned Milan was at the end of the game. Italy was reigning world champion and AC Milan were dominating in Europe with a stacked team. What Liverpool pulled off that night is legendary
Italy weren't reigning world champions. they didn't win the world cup til the year after this
That moment when Stevie went all hype mode after the first goal, i was so amped! I was rooting so hard for LFC in this game. And i'm a ManU supporter :) Also look at Stevie being the first man out to support Rise when he missed the penalty. What an absolute champ.
I'm sad looking at this video but I'm proud that 2 years later A.C. Milan wins the UCL against Liverpool 😪

"I forgot steven gerrard played for Liverpool"....of all the players in the last 40 years to forget....
Not even a football fan but I remember this night as I was in the bath and remember the crazy reactions in my house from downstairs as my brother and friends watched. I saw highlights later to see what the fuss was about and it's one of the few times I wished i'd actually watched as I might not be a fan but I appreciate comebacks like this.
Best night of my life. Flight from Liverpool to Leeds, from Leeds to Dalaman then day and a half relaxing in Maramris. Tuesday night/Wednesday morning a 14 hour mini bus from Maramris to Istanbul for the match. Straight back on the minibus for another 14hrs later watching the home coming parade on a beach front bar back in Maramris. It was insanity in so many ways. I'd give anything to live that week again.
Only a club like Liverpool can do that..... possibly the most Legendary football)soccer club in the Whole World. And I'm an Aston Villa fan!
So nervous ahead of Chelsea’s game had to click on this right away

I'm a Liverpool fan and at half time 3-0 down we did think that's it even after Stevie scored to make it 3-1 i still didn't belive but when Smicer made it 3-2 then i did. Liverpool we win it the hard way lol. Ended up being one of THE greatest nights in our history. Liverpool forever

I'm a die hard liverpool fan through and through, I'm 23 and this was the first football match I watched and I was 7 years old at the time and this game is the reason I support Liverpool, pretty much every player AC Milan had was the best in the world in there position at the time and for us to come back was unbelievable, the hands down best come back of all time. Thankyou for reacting to it
"I forgot Steve played for Liverpool" 👁👄👁
....Let's get him xD
have been a lfc fan for 2 years but still that was one of the best comebacks or probably the best we ever had that Milan team was so good 3-0 down at halftime turning a 3goal deficit in one match was very hard but these players showed it that nothing is impossible
Really enjoyed the video......what a comeback.....da bronco making it happen
I’m 22…wasn’t old enough to remember this game but every time I watch videos of it back I’m in tears I swear, everytime…goosebumps
A lot of Liverpool fans left at halftime. They were really kicking themselves by the end. TBH, though, they did have an entire half to sort themselves out, but given their abject performance in the first half, nobody expected this, especially given the comparative difference in quality between the two sides. But these things happen quite a bit in football. You can have a team of donkeys but they'll often beat a collection of amazing individuals because they're a better TEAM.
Manchester United in the '99 final against Bayern Munich hadn't played well all game. But scored twice in injury time at the win of the match. They'd also looked dead and buried against a very good Juventus side in the semi-final in Turin after going down 2-0 after just 15 minutes. But they fought back to win 3-2.
Liverpool man greatest champions league team of all time
When the commentator says " it's Ac Milan 3, Liverpool 0 and this final is over".
This game has so much more than just the comeback.
AC Milan’s team had Dida (Brazil’s number 1 GK), Maldini, Nesta, Kaka, Gattuso, Crespo, Shevchenko. All of them were in the top 5 of their positions in world football.
Liverpool had no right to win this game with the team they had. Gerrard was probably the only star in that Liverpool team. Their left-back Traore had been maligned all season for not being good enough. Dudek, the GK was dropped halfway through the season for poor performances. They wouldn’t have even made the knockouts if not for a 93rd minute Gerrard goal in the group stages.
Hamman, who scored the first penalty, played the game with a broken foot, and Cisse who scored the second, had only played about 10 minutes of football since October the previous year as he snapped his leg in 2 places.
On the way to the final, they beat the champions of Italy, and Chelsea who were champions of England, Liverpool finished 5th in the league. Milan won their league.
This was not just the greatest comeback of all time. It was one of the biggest underdog stories on Champions League history.
Liverpool had 2 gerrard and alonso
that was one of the greatest and amazing mathc I've ever seen in TV i was in the highschool and i dont remember how we got a tv or something to see it, 3-0 in halftime (game is over), but after that the magic comes to this matcch and it turn it in epic
They did it against the most STACKED AC Milan ever too, very impressive.

AC Milan were a team of individuals, we were a TEAM ❤️
One of the best and most emotional nights of my life
And when you remember they did this to most likely the greatest football team in history.
Just be a fan, you know it makes sense ha born and raised in anfield ynwa justice for the 96.
That year Liverpool faced Juventus in QT, Chelsea in Semi and Milan at the Final 2005. They were the underdogs.
However, AC Milan had their revenge in 2006 final agaisnt Liverpool.
Bronco, the clock goes up in football, not down. 7:11
so there was 54 minutes played, not 54 minutes left
Day 2 of asking you to react to “dirty side of El clásico “
El clásico is the biggest rivalry in Europe and the most anticipated game every season
Nah north west derby el classico is good last 20 years north west derby is good 100 years long
Looks like Bronco is def a Liverpool fan. I was a little kid in 1997 watching the class of '92 Man U team, then again with the CR7, Rooney, Tevez years. I'll never not be able to love that United badge haha.
i deadass like yo reactions bro
I remember that day vividly, I went to bed upset that my team (Liverpool) conceded so many goals in the first half. The next morning I woke up Liverpool the Champions of Europe. I was stunned as to how do you come back from a 3 - 0 deficit.
The thing is that Milam was a powerhouse that season. Great names all across the squad.. but that what makes the big victories.. when you have great opponents..
You want another comeback - Liverpool vs Barcelona at home when we were 3-0 down on the away leg! I went to our home game and it was the best game I’ve ever personally been to, but I still think Istanbul is our best ever comeback - god I love this team though.
Dudek was so underappreciated (liverpool gk). Amazing performance from him 👏🏾
I was at this game. I felt like crying at half time.
But what a second half. 🙂
They were already defeated when it came to penalties because we had all the momentum and had already done the impossible to bring it back to 3-3…and the goal keeper name is jerzy dudek
AC Milan need not be ashamed for anything. We don’t trash talk our opposition. We beat them on the pitch. Our boots do the talking. And AC Milan beat us in the final of the Champions League in 2007: 2-1. We won some. We lose some. No trash talk. We beat them on the pitch. #YNWA #WeAreLiverpool #ThisMeansMore #LFCFamily
442!! They left at half time NEVER TO BE ALLOWED IN AGAIN!!!!!❤❤😂😂😂
The GK name --> Dudek a Liverpool / Polish Legend
I feel like there’s a lot of good Polish GKs
Liverpool scored the three goals in six minutes
It's a shame they didn't show that penalty. It was saved but then instantly kicked back in.
React to shevchenko, despite missing the losing pen, he was a great player
I remember this day like it was yesterday. I remember what I said at half time when I went out to the kitchen to get something to drink, I said "this will end at least 5-0 if they kept playing like that". luckily for me, they didn't, it was the best football match I had ever seen. not sure if the 4-0 win over Barcelona in 2019 was better or not but it was up there too.
it took Liverpool 6 minutes to score those 3 goals. the penalty from Alonso was actually saved by the keeper but he only blocked it so alonso ran iin and scored after.
the thing about this Liverpool team was that most of the players were bang average. they had maybe 3. star players in that team, Gerrard, Hyypia and Alonso. the rest were average at best. the AC Milan team was packed with super stars in every position, that is what made it so special.
One of the best games ever.
React to Sadio Mane next
I forgot Steve play for Liverpool 💀💀💀
React to Manchester United comebacks Bronco. If there's an award for comeback kings it' it's gotta be them. They are Ye most successful English team ever even better than Liverpool
Are they heck 🤣🤣🤣🤣
At the time the comeback was amazing 16 years on you realise just how much of a mismatch these squads are though. Alot of these Liverpool players this was the absolute peak of their career where as every single one of the Milan players is a legend. Hard to understand that when everyone is still young and active and things change in football all the time.
To put this in an NBA context, this is basically like if Lebron led the cavs vs a fully healthy no suspension 2016 Warriors or took someone like Portland to comeback from 0-3 vs the current Nets team. That AC Milan team had legends in basically all positions and most if not all were either at their peak or only a few years removed from their peak.
Yesssssss finally!
how can you forget "Steeeeve" played for Liverpool hahaha
There are some Teams that will go down in history as invincible teams Examples: Barcelona 2009-2012 , AC Milan 89-94 , Bayern Munich & Ajax in the 70's Real Madrid in the 50's
That generation of AC Milan is one of them too , you have no Idea how much of a miracle that this Liverpool side defeated AC Milan .
Liverpool were there with Bayern and Ajax In the 70s,80's. All three clubs were on four European cups by the 80s and constant champions in there respective countries.
Karma for Milan. They flopped their way into the final, against P.S.V. They had no change; one dive, free kick and goal.
Awesome how they got what they deserved.
Man utd r the real comeback kings you should react to their crazy comeback in the 1999 champions league final
Yeah, like coming back from 1-0 down to score two goals in 2 minutes against a tired Bayern Munich is more impressive from coming back from 3-0 down with 3 goals in 6 minutes (2 of them matching United's 2 in 2 minutes) against a team that was THE BEST EVER whilst being really shite, and as shite as Liverpool were that night, they did it!
React to the 2008 cl final
Take a look at Middlesbrough in the UEFA cup 2005/6 They were 3-0 down to Basel and came back to win 4-3 in the quarter-final - then in the semi-final again 3-0 down this time to Steaua Bucharest and won 4-3 - never gets mentioned at all and for a club like Middlesbrough FC it was a minor miracle TWICE!
Fucking heartbreaking, at least AC Milan got his revenge
You gotta understand AC Milan at the time were possibly the best team in the world (if not top 3 for sure) Liverpool were maybe in the top 20. In terms of top players in that Liverpool team, Gerrard, Alonso, were the only truly world class players. Cisse, Garcia, Hyppia , Hamman and Carragher were good the rest were average.
AC Milan had 11 world class players and even most of their bench could probably have got into Liverpools first team.
Winning that game would have been a tall order , but coming back against that team from 3-0 down at half time...in 6 mins (all 3 Liverpool goals were scored in a 6 minute period) is a miracle.
I remember that game like it was yesterday. I remember the 2nd goal and the camera panning to the Milan manager(Ancelotti) looking hella nervous chewing on gum on the side line, it 3-2 they were still ahead, but I could see he was shitting it. I thought "that's Ancelotti, one of ,if not, the most experienced Manager/Coach in the world, if HE is scared? its legit" I knew even then we would win from that moment onwards.
Liverpool are a good team to support obviously the Lebron connection, but we have a habit of these miracles, we did almost exactly the same in the FA cup final the year after this (English domestic cup competition), Gerrard's 2 goals in that game are actually even better than his header in this one. The 2nd goal he scores in the FA cup final, is the last minute of the game West Ham are leading Liverpool 3-2 and the ball drops to Gerrard 35-40 yards away from the goal and he volleys it like a rifle round ...the ball just fires in almost a straight line into the net. Its unreal. His goal levelled the score and we won that FA cup as well on penalties.
Gerrard had a habit of doing these kind of things just when you need it the most. These days Liverpool still do shit like this...but these days our goal keeper scores the winning goal in the last minute (this actually happened 2 days ago lool)
Other great Liverpool football miracles
4-3 comeback against Dortmund 3 -4 years ago
3-3 West Ham 2006 FAcup final (Gerrads bets ever performance)
4-3 against Baracelona 2019, Liverpool lost the 2 legged semi final first game 3-0 against Barcelona(inc Messi and Suarez) and then won the 2nd game 4-0, the 2 game series being 4-3 to Liverpool , meaning we qualified for the Champions league final , which we won 2-0 against Spurs
2-1 West Brom (2 days ago) Liverpools keeper scores a last minute winner to keep Liverpool's Champions League qualification alive for next year, great header as well. Keeper went up for a corner (as in came out of his goal and went up to the opposition goal for the corner) and scored last minute of the game. If Liverpool had not won they would not be in the Champions league next year (Liverpool play domestically/in England in the EPL, FA cup and League Cup, and 4 English teams play in the champions league who finish in the top 4 EPL positions, Champions League is all the best teams in Europe, so its like the super bowl or world cup of club football)

Sudden Death II:
Under Review
That was a really intense match up we thought it was over everyone was so so I can't even describe it nervous when it went in to OT (OverTime)
At half time 3 nil down, they showed the Liverpool fans singing “walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart and you’ll never walk alone”. The Milan fans simply observed this half time musical. But it was so powerful you felt like the air was lifting the tide had change, and destiny was now in the hands of God, This unity in the this disaster was worth rewarding.
I thought to myself at half time as I watched them sing, I don’t why but there’s something about this, coming, I could feel the air change, and then first goal, a captains goal, 2 minutes later it’s on the second goal, 4 minutes later the penalty it was a moment for a saved penalty, I knew the initial kick wouldn’t go in but also the equaliser was imminent. What a game.
Liverpool vs West Ham in the FA Cup final is a comeback to watch. It finished 3 -3 as well. I can’t remember the year. Steven Gerrard was the hero that day
saw a video recently that Pirlo said that the whole of Istanbul must of heard YNWA it scared them as they thought they had done enough, I watched the game on tv and was shouting out loud when they won, im a Chelsea fan but Liverpool are different class in European games
If you understand the level of that milan team this comeback is unreal
besides gerrard being man of the match ... smicer and hamman were pivotal in regaining some control of the midfield
He forgot Gerrard was on Liverpool😐😐
Liverpool is still a legendary club long before your king James bought into some shares through FSG … and shall always remain a legendary club after your king James leaves. We shall forever remain faithful Liverpool fans for life!!
Put it like this that Milan team Liverpool faced is like the 2016 warriors. The exact same story too. Warriors go in like the greatest team ever and they slip up in the final with the lead. Except Liverpool had no lebron. Gerrard was one of the best midfielders in the world. Not in your top 10 players in the world at that moment and he was Liverpool best player by a far margin.
Also, these two teams met again in the same final two years later in 2007. AC Milan got their revenge.
