Another way to improve wall thickness is to blow a bubble before forming. (prestretch)
How to do?
@@jenniferbonete4852 Instead of applying vacuum, apply air pressure.Bottom piece of the machine needs to be closed off.
Is this applicable also to female mould?
@@jenniferbonete4852 Yes, verry well. You can first blow a little bubble, then suck it back in.You can also wait before you applly the vacuum and let the material sag down, then apply the vacuum.But you need more heat i think.
