    Just got mine and using for the first time today. I was trying to figure out if there was anything else I needed to do to start it after setting the time - your video answers my question! Thank you!

    I just purchased this yogurt maker and I was watching your video. and do you just put your milk in the jars and put it in there or do you add other stuff to it or do you cook it on the stove first? cool it down then put it in the jars. I bought those yoga maker to save all the headache and troubles so I'm just curious cuz you're not showing how you made it. you're just mentioning it. I use raw cow's milk so is there anything I have to do different before I put it in the yogurt maker? thank you!

    If the quart containers are a quart, how do you put a whole batch in? You need to leave room for expansion

    Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, no where does it say the time went up by HOURS, manual or the video on their site. It’s almost bed time, I’ve left the kitchen and thinking what if that were 36 minutes not hours? First batch ever ( of this kind) and it’s all new the long ferment and machine.

    Hi, thank you for your review. Can you fit both 1 quart containers at once?

      I measure the bowl on the screen and it wouldn't fit next to each other - you would think they would manufacture it so it would

      Yes, I have it and both containers fit in at once. They even sell a version now that has both in at once already.

    Did you add water?

    • @LoveyourLife-1970
      @LoveyourLife-1970 16 днів тому +1

      I would hope he did as it needs to be added up to the level of the yogurt in the jars. Its also a good idea to heat the half and half up to at least 100 degrees and hold for 10 mins to kill off any unwanted bacteria. Ketogenic Woman made a good video about 8 months ago using this same type machine and I use one as well... Just a different brand name.

    I found this video after my first round of making yogurt with the 8 small containers…… not enough yogurt!!!

    I've made 12 batches of this Dr. William Davis reuteri yogurt, but about 8 batches came out too sour, over-fermented, carbonated like bubble water, inedible. I had to throw them away. I followed the instructions 100% every time -- I'm about to quit, this is too frustrating and a waste of time and money! Then I found out that your ultimate yogurt machine is raising the temperature during the 36 hrs, and goes up to 103-104 degrees. How can anyone rely on this machine when the machine can't even keep the temp at what you set it at ? Totally useless machine !

    • @snatale4571
      @snatale4571 6 місяців тому

      A bubbly top on them is completely normal in a strong probiotic yogurt, Davis has addressed that before. Are you using an organic half n half? Inulin as the prebiotic? While Davis doesn't scald his first, that makes it come out a lot better. I haven't tried to verify the temp on mine, but the yogurt comes out fine. You say up (to) 103-104? That's not hot enough, you're supposed to be shooting for 107-110.
