This pilot is a "Newlywed Game" clone. There is an Ajax Detergent spot with the Ajax White Knight and Norman Rose providing the voiceover.

Why didn't this sell? I'm not talking about "He Said, She Said" or "Tattletales," I'm talking about the show up above; the one you're seeing right now. Why didn't THAT sell?

I thought it sold under He Said, She Said. Also Ed McMahon wasn't that good of a host.

I know that this pilot did not sell. I wish it had but nevertheless, I have come up with a bonus game for this show. I know it’s too late but please just bear with me and hear me out. I call it “Right On The Money” and here’s how it works: Before the show began, all eight participants were confidentially asked eight different questions (one for each participant) with three different choices. After each choice was made, it was recorded and when the bonus game began, the question was asked and the three possible choices were revealed. Now, before the game begins, the couple who won the main game will decide which one of them will try to correctly answer the other’s question first. When that’s decided, the question that was asked of their partner will be revealed along with the three possible choices. That one person, all by themselves, will have to decide which one of the three choices their partner made. If they’re right, their main game money amount (which hasn’t been doubled in this case) will be multiplied by five, at the very least. If they’re wrong, the game is over and they just receive the main game money amount as is. If the first question was answered correctly, then the second person will have to guess what the first person at bat said. If they can do that, then the main game money amount will be multiplied by ten instead of five. If they can’t do that, it will be multiplied by just five. All in all, the couple doesn’t really lose anything but they can win a lot more if they make the right decisions twice.

Forgive me! Please forgive me but I have just thought of an addition to the bonus game, “Right On The Money!” This will be my very last addition, I swear! First off, it is not called “Right On The Money” anymore. It is now called “Three On A Match” and I will tell you why. It is basically the same bonus game as before only now the first question gets your main game money amount doubled (multiplied by two), the second question gets your main game money amount multiplied by five and the third and final question gets your main game money amount multiplied by ten. The third question will be asked to both partners at the same time and at the same time, they will both receive the same three choices. The thing is they will both secretly vote for the choice that they desire. After both choices have been made, they will be revealed. If they should match, then their main game money amount will be multiplied by ten. If not, then their main game money amount will be multiplied by five. That’s it, ladies and gentlemen! That’s my addition and that’s my idea!
