"First of all, I have to say that I donʼt consider what I do work. If you have your own business I think itʼs crucial that you believe in what you are doing, that you enjoy what you are doing, and that you are passionate for it. I got into this business and I set
up this club so that I could deliver an experience to my clients, to my members. I want them to enjoy and to benefit from boxing training or boxing yoga; thatʼs what I know, thatʼs what I do. I wanted a system that was going to enable me to do what I do best, and that is ensuring my customers get the experience that they expect and that they deserve and maybe even more so and what MINDBODY does for us
is exactly that. MINDBODY takes care of our pricing, takes care of our marketing, our auto emails to remind people that theyʼve got classes coming up, to remind them that their training packages, have maybe only a couple left and they need to replenish. It enables us to send notifications to our branded app. A whole plethora of things that I donʼt have to think about, which means that my team can just focus on the experiences of our community and I think that has really helped us grow to the extent that we are today. MINDBODY is an essential kit. I couldnʼt imagine running the business without it for all of the benefits that MINDBODY has provided us."
