Lot of points on procedural front has been missed. A lot of more things have to be read and interpreted. Also what if the resolution proceedings were going on in court l, how will IBC affect the proceeding and more such other points.

nahi.....sarfaesi me bank ko power jayada h apne debt recover karne ki .....fugitive offender law ....bank ka paisa jo lekar videsh chale jate h ..unke liye h....or ibbi ek bord h ...but act ibc 2016 ...jo creditor ko chahe wo financial institution ho( limit 1 lakh) ya other creditor ho unko power deta h ki aap apne debt rrecover kare ...warna company band ho jayegi....ab jitene bi builders h wo bi isme aa jate h..yani agar builder neaapko ghar nahi diya to recovery kar sakte h.....
