Not only he's selfish but that s3 extra attack takes way too long to proc, 90% of the time he just dies before it it even procs once

He needs more pen on 3rd skill also needs a built in life steal on s1 just like adin to make him sustain that way you can build him faster etc

Bro, what do you expect from a bruiser?
ML Yufine, ML Bellona, Fire Ravi, WK,... All these bruisers are capable of is only one thing, dealing damage. Some might have a minor debuff, others have a stun, or injury.
But that's it. Their main purpose is to deal damage while staying alive with tankiness and sustainability.
I think Riolet is actually good now, surely not a meta-defining unit but he can do the job, with some support of course.
No one can play in the current meta without one or another form of cleansing.
