Tiffany I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see an influencer show us her new-to-her vehicle and it's just so comfy and smart looking! Here in the Rockies where winters are hard we only drive preowned vehicles because slide offs are common. Although we could easily afford it, we wouldn't buy brand new on a dare out here! 😂I keep my interior up throughout the year but in fall I detail it myself using the types of products you showed us. In addition to some of the items you packed, we also need to carry shovels and I use those Scent Portables from B&BW. Once winter comes I want it perfectly clean, comfy, smelling great, and ready for anything. My car is 25 years old and still drives like a charm but when we filed an insurance claim last year for hail damage the inspector said the interior was "like brand new". 😀Thanks so much for being your down to earth realistic self, Tiffany! (I'm going to try your Chemical guys air freshener and I really need that trash can!)

@@CharlotteGroveFarmhouse Right? We live out in the high altitude boonies in Colorado. Our cars have to really serve us in winter. We also carry protein bars in winter. Never had to use them but best to be prepared. First winter lesson I learned was black ice in the Rockies doesn't look like it does back East. You're on it and in it before you know it, and if it's not you it's another car swerving around so no new cars for us! New cars aren't really cost effective to start with. I'd rather put money into the house, clothes, or experiences. Happy driving in your new ride, Tiffany! 🌻

Tiffany we have found the best thing to get those fine little dog hairs off car carpet! Get you some of that clear wide packing tape. Make a mitten out of it (sticky side out of course) and just press repeatedly on the area that has those fine hairs. The adhesive on the tape is just enough to pull up those fine little dog hairs.

Hi Tiffany! Love your new car! I also have a Dodge Durango and love it. It has been very reliable and great in the upstate NY winters! I have had it 7 years and never had any problems with it. Isn't it wonderful to get something new? Even if it's used. We got last fall a 2020 Chevy Trax. We are a fan of heated seats and in our winters it's so nice to sit on a warm seat. I hope that your new vehicle has them. Love the color combination. Great tips of what to keep in your car. And the flashlight your mother- in-law gave everyone is a great idea. Lint rollers are a good thing to use to get up dog hair.

Congrats on the car, it's beautiful! I worked in a car dealership for years and tip for that stubborn dog hair, use a pumice stone. Rub it on the carpet, it lifts it loose and then vacuum. That's what we used to detail cars for lots of pet hair.
Growing up around lakes, we always keep our window breaker and seat belt cutter in the driver door pocket. If you hit the water you don't have time to go through your emergency bag to get it out. Not sure how close you are to lakes or rivers but just a tip. Love your new car, we always get older new cars too!

Love it! We have a 2015 Durango, but my stepson is currently driving it for better fuel mileage (he has a jacked up 4WD gas guzzling truck!) so I’m driving my Jeep (which I think y’all also have) and I’m loving that!

I keep reusable bags in my car. Love that flashlight.
We keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in every door plus some old grocery bags so everyone can clean out their own trash. My daughter plays field hockey and does All-Star cheerleading, so I am driving her around 6 days a week.

I use a lint remover for my lints that will not be picked up by a vacuum. I keep one always in my vehicle
New vehichles are so great! I have a 2023 Nisaan Pathfiner and i treat her like a baby, lol. I give her a good clean inside about once a month...so relaxing and refreshing to have a clean space on wheels!!!

The car is gorgeous! I keep a blanket as well as reusable shopping bags along with the ‘normal’ stuff The only thing we do in addition is in the winter we keep a backpack with sweatshirt, gloves, hat and non perishable snacks- just in case!!

Your music is Chefs Kiss!!! ❤ Im a little older than you but i keep an overnight bag in my car i learned long long ago when i had many kids in my car my 2 and my 2 youngest siblings (late 90s early 2000s their all in their early 30s now! Lol) but i just learned you never know if youll have a spill or youll choose a pair of shoes that pinch or hurt your feet. You can also keep a fem/makeup bag in there incase you forget the female unmentionables. It may sound like alot but if youve ever seem the Classic Movie One Fine Day with Michelle pfieffer that movie is what gave me the idea! Beautiful Rig! 😊

Hey Tiffany, Love your car! I had to buy a new car last year and my husband found a Dodge Durango R/T for me. It looks like yours exactly except mine has red leather seats. It's taking me a bit to get use to, it drives fast!! Anyway, I was going to let you know to look into buying a dash board cover, we always get them for our cars to preserve the dash board from cracking from the heat. They work amazing. I think we order ours from Dash board covers. Little tip for you, Enjoy your new set of wheels. 😀👍

Hi Tiffany, I love your channel! My tire shop told me not to use tire shine and I stopped even though I love the look of a shiny tire! It might be something you look into. I also love Chemical Guys brand and am excited to try the freshner spray!
You can also try the other attachment for your vacuum that looks like a rake and remove the bristles to vacuum hairs. I use it on my stairs and it works so much better without bristles for pet hair. Congrats on your truck 🤍. 🌈 You would definitely like the UA-cam channel ‘The Holgate Family’ they are a great family and they are all about rainbows. 🌈 🌈🌈 Stephen is so much fun 😂 and always asks “what color is your rainbow 🌈 today”? I love watching/listening to them especially after a day at work. 🫶🪴🌈🌈

Tip...for those small hairs on the back of the seat try a extra sticky pet lint roller, the kind you can tear off each sheet as you go. ❤

So pretty! I was just watching car cleaning videos last night! I'm happy you posted your own! I'm anticipating cleaning my car inside and out as soon as it gets cool! I'm hoping we have an early fall this year! It doesn't usually get cool until the 2nd or 3rd week of October here in Texas! It's currently been 105 F for almost 2 weeks! However, it'll start going down to the mid 90's next week! I think and hope this is a sign for cooler weather sooner! Stay safe and blessed everyone! 🫶🏼

We have a 2013 truck. We bought it when we moved. Because we leased our last vehicle. And we needed something that was four wheel drive to get up our driveway. My husband says we could use a front wheel drive. But when it storms here it wrecks our driveway. Water is an amazing thing. Our truck will be paid off soon. And I’m not going to ride in it. My husband never cleans inside. He will stop and wash it once in a while. We have so much junk in the back seat. We have chairs from a few months ago still in there. He has blankets, for when the dogs go to the vet. And who knows what else. You could write your name in the dashboard. But I’m not sure it would stay clean with all the dirt we have around here. I’m trying to decide what I want. My husband wants to lease a new vehicle, I want to buy a used vehicle. So we’ll decide that when we have some money saved. And I will keep the next vehicle clean. But I’m not going to let him junk it all up. And I want something with place in the back. For groceries and some things. I don’t want leather seats. I will stick to them in the summer. It gets too hot here. We’re keeping the truck. It has over a hundred twenty thousand miles. But we have put a lot of money into it. So we’re not trading it in. Plus, my husband can still haul stuff in it if he needs to. We figure it will last a few more years. Especially if it’s not driven everyday like we do now. And we don’t live close to anything. So we drive a while before we get anywhere. But I love where we live. So it’s worth it to me.

Low mileage vehicle, we keep them until they drop practically. I have a 2005 Buick lacrosse bought 9 yrs ago with 90k plus on it. It has 216k presently. I wanted an equinox next but my husband talked me into a 2017 Camaro convertible. I said I f going to get better do soon while we could still get in it, I am 69. So I tool around in it but when rain or snow the Buick still goes or when it is right vehicle for the trip. Really it comes down to how the depreciate so soon, but insurance and taxes on new vehicles so much higher. It helps that my husband is a retired diesel mechanic so takes care of most things .
