My favorite seasons are Spring and Fall. I love that in between weather! So we decorate for Fall about the second week of August right around when our daughter heads back to school. Love your videos, they always motivate me! The nails turned out really cute!

Happy Labor Day, Amy. I always look forward to yours and Jamie's (@Jamie's Journey) cleaning videos. They always get me up and moving. I don't decorate for Fall till September. Most of my Fall decorations are made by my best friend. I prefer homemade decor over store bought.

I normally decorate for fall when it's the first official day of fall. I can't wait to start decorating for fall. I love the fall season for the cooler weather and the pretty fall colors. My other favorite season is spring because of the flowers starting to bloom. ❤🧡☺️

Fall is my favorite time of the year. After July 4th, I literally have to hold myself back and not pull out my fall bins. I decorate for fall the first week of August (sometimes the last week of July) so I can enjoy my decor for several months. It just makes me happy! 🍁

I decorate for fall mid-September and I decorate for Halloween October 1st. We love decorating for Halloween. Our next door neighbor and us coordinate to make a big spider web and inflatable spider web on the front of our house (we live in a side by side duplex). We also love decorating with natural decor like mums & pumpkins.

I re-use my walmart bags for bathroom trash cans, my car trash can and so much more. There are endless uses for those bags. Lol.

It took me a few years to realize but hobby lobby NEVER has Halloween so I’m assuming it’s because it’s a faith based company.

Hi Amy, spring and fall area my favorite seasons, but here in Nevada, the seasons are a little different. My dollar tree is messy, too, but it's changing over to dollar, plus I guess so they're trying to get it better organized and cleaned and more choices. I can't wait to see how you decorate this year. I love fall it is my favorite season ❤ after seeing what Michael's has I'm gonna need to get some of those sunflowers, I love sunflowers 🌻 I usually start decorating for fall in the middle of August but I was super late this year and just got all my decor up last week. Hi @amydarley! It's still so hot here in TN 🥵 so I do not feel like decorating for Fall at all but it is my favorite time of year. If only it would feel like Fall weather starting in September or even August! I did take the time this Labor Day weekend to decorate since our schedule will be full blast starting today.

I would say maybe a week or so and then I just kind of leave the fall stuff up until like mid to late November, and then I decorate for Christmasthat up until after New Year’s😂

They DO have a lot of pink halloween stuff this year and I am not complaining but it's a bit odd. I got a few things from Home Goods but was avoiding Hobby Lobby. However, you are making me want to go haha

I started decorating for fall last week. I don’t usually do anything different for Halloween but I am thinking of doing it this year I am feeling a ghost theme and I found some cute ghost candles from Kirklands so I am keeping my eye out for more

Hi Amy! I’m one of those who decorate for fall a bit later. My boys are late teens,early 20s so there’s not a massive pull to decorate early anymore. But this is my last year with them both living at home so we’ll decorate Oct 1. I’m bigger on fall decor rather than Halloween.

I used to enjoy going to Dollar Tree when all of the items were truly $1.00! Now all of the stores near me are super dirty and chaotic. The inventory tends to be sparse at best and there is nothing that I despise more than to walk in and see boxes everywhere. I mean seriously ~~ why not hire people to work overnight to stock shelves and to clean and organize the store. And now that the items are no longer all $1.00 and items priced higher are quite often not even tagged, I have gotten up to the register and had some very nasty surprises in terms of prices. I just find going there to be such an overall unpleasant shopping experience that I pretty much have chosen to not shop there at all.
Yea I honestly feel like the items at Walmart are way better and about the same price for what you’d find at dollar tree (in the seasonal decor section)
I am such a fan of fall (and not summer 🥵) that I decorated about half way through August. I know it sounds crazy. I just love the coziness!🍂🍁🍂🍁

That’s what I used to do with the grocery bags but I’m in Canada and we can no longer get plastic bags. We have to get reusable ones or just use bins or boxes.

Those plastic bags were banned here. Im in eastern canada. We used them for trash bags..lunches, carrying stuff, sometimes giving something to someone etc. our walmart delivery has a thin foldable cardboard box. We only did pick up during prime covid time. I reused those too. They were useful.

I decorate around the first of September, but no pumpkins or scarecrows (I don’t decorate for Halloween). I wait until the end of September for that so all I do now is put summer up (lemons this year) and set out fall colored florals, acorns, and leaf decorations.

I decorate for fall mid August/ early September. This year I did it early because we may be moving from Arizona to Alabama and that would be by early October and by the time we get there, find a house, and get it set up it will be late fall. I wanted to be able to enjoy them this year. I have to go get some stuff to make Homemade Rice Krispie treats but shaped like pumpkins, and I need a few things in order to make them for my growth group ( bible study) tomorrow night. My daughter loves the Cobani flips. I have chocolate chip cookie dough, peach cobbler, and the pumpkin spice crunch. She has sausage patties and yogurt most mornings. She isn’t a big fan of eggs or milk so she gets the yogurt for her milk. She also gets pediasure. I have kids who get tall but gaining weight seems I be slower. I have a soon to be 19 year old ( October baby) and he is 6ft but skin and bones however he is healthy. I am hoping we move to Alabama, this way we can actually enjoy fall colors and cold weather. Arizona is really hot and mildly hot. I did a bath and body works run with my mom. I have 2 sweater weather candles and air fresheners inserts for my bathroom, and then I got some pumpkin scents.

I decorate on the weekend closest to sept 21 which is officially the first of fall. Then Oct 15 I add in a few spooky things but go all out when decorating outside for Halloween. After all, none of the trick or treaters are in your house

I live on Long Island New York and we no longer can get the plastic bags, they are banned. We can get paper bags but are charged .5 cents per bag. So most use reusable bags
Yes, I know some areas don't allow plastic bags. If I use them, we try to reuse them a few times. ❤️
