Descript Underlord Walkthrough | May 29, 2024

This week, I'll walk you through Descript's interface redesign. It's called Underlord. It is already available (albeit a little buggy), and is due to launch soon - probably in June. This is a significant change, a lot of elements have moved from where they used to be, grouped together, renamed, etc.

Thanks for the video - super helpful. One question in the clip when you moved the guest around (42mn) how did you do that? I double click but then it won't move.

@@Graphicious I found it - there was a gradient in front of it. Not sure what it was doing... Also with the auto caption can you change the colour of the highlighted word?

Yes you can, on the sidebar where the properties of the captions are (and the style), you can customize it. Watch this: ua-cam.com/users/shortshBTE1NhGh00
