Vickers VC10 - Final Arrival at Bruntingthorpe

On 25th September 2013, Vickers Super VC10 ZA147 landed for the final time, bringing to a close 51 years of this remarkable aircraft type. After making an appearance to the north of Bruntingthorpe, she performed two go-arounds at before touching down as gracefully as ever in front of a couple of hundred enthusiasts who had descended upon Bruntingthorpe to witness this historical event.
