Unbelievable. Unfortunately, this is happening in all restaurants but has gotten worse than it did before because of a decrease in restaurant employees, more employees instigating violence and now the never-ending increase in prices. The man wanted triple ham and Subway does not serve triple meat only double meat. I hope the manager did take legal action against this man and hopefully for all of the money she deserves in financial compensation even if the man could not afford to financially compensate the manager. I hope all Subway restaurants have seen this and know who the man is and exercise the right to refuse service to the man so no employee and manager will endure what the manager has endured including psychological harm and the same for all restaurants. As for the customer, he stepped in and helped despite the size difference. It would not hurt to award the customer for helping out but the customer might decline. No joke about this. Going ham over ham for his sandwich is just like all customers in all-caps rage over their order and not letting the employees and manager talk and explain. Dining out is a privilege not a right. Want triple meat? Make your own sandwich.
