I have a question why Movies are still running on 24fps ....While i have seen some of the movie clips which are 4k 60fps on youtube which are converted by the software....But i still this why directors are not switching to the 60 FPS ....on the other hand games are more focused on higher FPS
Movies are Kept at 24 fps on purpose if u watch movie at 60 it will look weird. So i guess Variable FPS is an option.I don't know it is implemented or not or tech is not there.
I think it's all about the cost, the whole film industry is on 24fps the whole pipeline is based on 24fps, so changing whole pipeline to change towards 60fps will cost so much like storage increase, more powerful pc need to work on films for a small difference. it's like saying 4k Or 8k, 8k is not that great compare to 4k so its not worth it, that's all i think ask if you are not clear.
Sir or others, Can someone suggest a gpu in range of 20-25k for 50k pc with 12100f . My use case is for game development like open world game style, with graphic like avatar .

I can do that too, why we want hardware encoder is to do it efficiency

Cuz in 60hz it's too smooth. I personally don't like 60hz much 30hz is nice
