Rode those ferries so many times back in the day as a kid, I miss hitting up the arcade to go play gauntlet with my bro. After that go and get some White Spot Triple O burgers. Good times
I rode on the CC on March 16, 2024. The 1 PM sailing to Swartz Bay. I am in a wheelchair and I had little trouble getting to the upper decks. With reservations and buying a handicapped ticket for myself, I got priority boarding for my mini-van. As requested I showed up exactly 60 minutes before the scheduled sailing time. I was the 4th vehicle to board. If you are taking a vehicle onboard, I really recommend getting reservations. When I said I needed at least 1.2 metres of space beside the drivers side to unload my wheelchair, the deck crew were most accommodating. Same for my trip back to the mainland the next day on a different ship. The deck crew are alerted for such vehicles as the booth informed me to turn on my 4-way flashers and issued a special card to show.. We spent much of the crossing on the sun deck, deck 7, behind the glass but front and center. It was interesting that the control bridge was not on the top deck but on deck 5. Allowing for the sun deck to have much better views.
Not many people will understand consistency english, meaning you said it well"Tsawwassen, south Delta"/Swarz Bay, Sidney" those words make appropiate sense!
The Celebration is the least utilized of the three Coastal’s it needs to be utilized on Duke Point as a primary vessel not sitting as secondary vessel out of Swartz bay.
the whole deal has become a joke ......aka what are these boats purpose , too " ferry " people and freight back and forth which since 2000s has failed to do to clowns running simple op.😥
