The way you're telling people to throw the jab is going to get you countered right over the top. You're getting stuck on the front foot after making contact, in which your head will be easy to find because you never move off of the line. Mixing in feints and using the jab to gather information before committing your weight on the front foot. Not until you create an opening. Your head never moves before, while, and after punching in your videos. That's the real mistake man.

You can throw everything at a beginner at once, as they won’t learn it. You aren’t wrong, I totally agree, just not for this video
