how do i get inside on a taller opponent coz im having a hard time doing so coz my opponent's straight punches and speed is like a major deterrent from letting me get inside just to not get countered any tips u can share on how to safely get on the inside also another question sry how do i apply what i have learned in sparring coz i think i forget and just punch like a street fighter no footwork no balance or head movement just punching mindlessly and i have practiced a lot of the drills some of them stick but some don't in sparring any tips on how to maintain that base? sry i typed a lot i've been training for 3 years and see little to no improvement
