I think the idea was to make it not as 'necessary' and that you can interchange it with soul rewinder, but instead rewinder still doesn't work so you just have to use a worse Archi. I think if demons had a little extra spell generation it would be fine
If a card is nerfed and still sees play, that's more than enough proof that the nerf was due. I agree that archimonde feels bad because you waste a lot of discounts, so the only way to solve would be to have the discount overflow into next buys, at which point I'm not sure it would even be a nerf in total
Putting it on 4 made demons a lot easier to get to so it was more like a biffed rework. I think the way to fix it is to have the golden version remove the “not less than 1” instead of discounting by 2
this comp is rewarding but it's probably one of the hardest to pull, u need archimode, malchezaar, batty, big brother AND Bran if u hope to go semi-infinite lmao
On that much of a high roll quilbaprs and elementals would have mauled that board. Demons aren’t the weakest tribe but for that much APM and rng it’s a really depressing turn out
Probably should have prioritized felemental with golden Brann since it makes the starting stats in shop higher and improve the buffing efficiency with each spell
I personally would’ve just used them to eat at the end of the round and then used mutanus to give my board another 200/200+, but his vision was tripling with a fandral to get ~1000/1000

If he's playing shop buff, why does he skip the 6-drop demon which can give +4/+4 to the shop if you pick the correct choose one option?

They changed Archimonde, it doesn't reduce spell cost to less than 1 anymore.
