tbh when i started playing last season i thought brann was the worst (or least good) option out of the “drakkari titus brann” trio. it just all depends on experience and how you progress in the game. while drakkari and titus is more scaling focused, brann can also give you economy which makes him superior compared to the other two
I was watching this video in the background and was very confused when Shady thanked me for subscribing with prime. I didn't realise this was that same game!
"Brann is useless" that's why he's the only one that has a hero? Drakkari, titus, all the other cards that are key in some comps don't have a hero... Brann is (almost) always good.
im at 9k rn, would be way higher if i would play active and i indeed think you can call this game this season branngrounds. Its insane, once u hit 6 and get the pirate merchant you have infinite gold
@@jessielowe2486same! I don’t get it haha… I don’t wanna be that average player who blames it on luck but like… I swear I’m stuck at 6,000 rn because of luck 😂😂
Call me crazy but I think when it comes to this game, I believe the game looks at the lobby, sees how strong everyone else is, and changes the shops depending on how strong everyone else is, I feel like you never see 10k stat minions when the 2nd place guy is barely scraping by
It was less about the 1/1 and more about him being able to possibly discover Turbohog while holding 3 "Choose One" cards. He didn't, of course, but if he did pull Turbohog, that would have been equivalent to 12 blood gems instead of the 6 he would get from golden Foodie the next turn.
Not trying t2 nagas just shows the soulless reality of playing a game you love professionally. It’s cool to have a million mmr but also cool to queue up and force builds.
Or, maybe he just doesn't enjoy the strategy and as such, it's not fun or enjoyable for himself to play. Forcing builds doesn't improve you as a player, and being critical of someone for trying to creatively improve their comp is quite naive
Who was being critical, I said that doing something you love professionally can railroad you into making smart decisions instead of hard rolling for meme boards which can be just as enjoyable. What’s naive is thinking you could infer the context in which someone framed a random UA-cam comment. They aren’t for insight, just opinions. o_O
@@dg1139 To be honest, my prior comment was quite cutting, to which I apologise. What I'm trying to say though is that forcing a build doesn't really improve oneself as a player, nor does it really make for amazing content. I personally prefer seeing a majority of games where close to the optimal play is followed, and a comparatively minor number of meme builds. The biggest thing to keep in mind though are how meme builds typically rank lower ingame, resulting in more losses and fewer quality games to upload
Shady is such a good player with great tactical thinking and experience. However, it´s really frustrating to watch him overthink some turns to such an extend, that he “messes“ up his turn at the end cause he runs out of time while being so far ahead that a „good“ enough turn wouldve been sufficient. I geniuenely think he would be a top 3 player, if he‘d just stop overthinking some plays.
It's madness you should have to explain to the chat you are a more experienced player than them. Every season you are like top of the leader boards. It's not being rude, it's just a fact more than likely.
I got today t5 naga that doubles stats(triple on golden) with blood gems perma nice combo ddint have that much that gives bonus blood games but with deadthratlle t3 quilbor always full hand of gems(if u summ 2 of them and picked deathratleoption)
I’ve never been so frustrated watching a first place run lol.
Im thoroughly convinced that turbohog just doesn't actually exist
It should take more to convince you of things
ive gone games where in 15 turns i couldnt find tavern 4s
@@SphericaICow personal experience is the most convincing evidence
Bran is always a good choice, he helps to grow up your Game faster but newbies dosent know that probably.
The word you are looking for is scaling lol
@@battafyuwi6760 Its not only scaling, Bran can also be used to make up a comp quickly, thats why i said it this way. But ur not wrong at that.
I think everyone knows bran is great, but the thing is not everyone knows how to min max for what they’re trynna do quickly.
the streamer sucks at explaining and playing. only losers blame the newbies.

Was waiting for shady to roll into the turbo hog on the very last roll of the game
Why you don't use spellcraft on Zesty in the tavern? 😮
The trick with Brann is when to sell him. Often you don't need him in the end game.

I believe in brann, but I don't understand just cycling jaraxxus for 3 gold = 3 gold - 10 seconds?
I feel dumb, I didnt realize that the pick both quilboar refreshed every turn.
oh boy, im tilted for you too like whole game that turbohog just doesn't show.
This is the way for every Quils game this season for me.

Tl;Dr game nerfs you if your doing too good
was it really needed to sell the 25/26 at 11:25 just to get an extra 1/1 on gems considering he would combo a choose one next turn for u?

maybe turbohog was silently removed from the game the same way the menagerie quilboar was silently removed last season
I have come to hate Brann, since all battle cries seem to disappear as soon as I get him.
Amazing game and recovery from a “low roll”, despite never finding that one card that you needed. Those would have been some crazy stats
Bran the absolute unit enable many many comps
I play this exact build with 20+ blood gems only to never get turbohog. Into 3rd place
Brann is literally the best card this meta
True, just not with quils
@@Ryan-kb8uieven with quils, this guy just had a game with quils and sold drakari to keep brann and it was for sure the right decision
this game :D the highroll, duuuuude

8:20 why not buying warpwing to buff it with the gems?
Was looking for turbo hog and swapped to warpling shortly after as a back up xD

this guy complained about the shop in this game non stop while getting super lucky and claiming his luck was his skill. read the bible
People who complain about Brann are 2k mmr mouth breathers who wonder why they can't win any lobbies.
