Cooking Ulu (Breadfruit)

In this video I show the basic way to cook breadfruit, also called Ulu in Hawaii. Besides steaming it you can use it any way that you use potatos. You can make a delicious potatoe salad using ulu instead of or in addition to potatoes. I usually start off with steaming the ulu and storing it in the refrigerator for a few days. I can place it on top of salad cold. I can throw it in stir fry, or coat it in coconut oil and bake or fry into fries. The options are endless.
