Yeah it will definitely be wet under there. The ply is pressure treated and the sub floor is ground contact so hopefully it holds up for a good 10-15 years.
Difference between DIY and Pro right here? You go thru all that trouble & money ? Put your girders right on the ground! What he saved $20? And no time? Dig, gravel compact , set forms , & pour! Done!
Our building codes don't allow for structures that close to the property line, unless your cuttent fence is inside your property line by what appears to be about 2.5'. How will you clean out debris between the shed and fence? Nice work on the foundation. I didn't see how it was anchored into the ground.
Thanks yeah this isn’t to code. It’s going to be a small structure to store my lawnmower. I’m going to see how much grows this year between them and then plan to replace the fence and may make some chances at that time.
@RLLWoodworks I only mentioned code that because my neighbor messed up on a concrete foundation for a larger shed and had to ask me to sign a variance agreement because the city inspectors made it an issue. I mentioned the anchors because I installed a similar size base for a greenhouse in my backyard and put in an auger bolt at each corner, just to make sure it didn't fly away. Tornadoes are not uncommon around here. An impact drill made that an easy job. Good luck 👍
@RLLWoodworks most cities/townships etc in Michigan require concrete slabs with the edges protruding underground to a specified depth to prevent rats/etc from using your garage/shed to live and safely prosper under
Looks to be very solid but I would worry about trapped humidity under the plywood

Maybe a couple of 2” holes with screen mesh to allows circulation.
Shed. What are you going to put in such a small space. This guy
Lawnmower, wheel barrow, seed spreader, mower bag and chute, dolly, shovels, rakes, etc.
Nice!! And it doesnt need to be anchored to the ground. Look forward to completion.
Thanks! Posted the rest of it today. 👍🏻
