Loved the video, looking forward to part 2.
Thanks for watching.. I have an update in one of my recent videos. Part 2 coming in the next few weeks 👍
Great video! Grew up in Donegal, learned to drive on a 165. Live in Chicago now but spent plenty of nights in Scanlons kilberry years ago!
Scanlons was a great spot years ago. Lots of Donegal people living in the kilberry/gibbstown area now.. Thanks for watching 👍
Great video… very interesting and informative style of presentation, suitable pace and tempo for the target audience. I learned to drive in the mid ‘70s on a late ‘60s 135, I did drive several 165s one similar to yours with the metal cladding instead of the canvas. I’ve a 135 & 188MP needing the same treatment that your 165 got. Looking forward to part 2. Keep up the good work.
Thanks John.. Delighted you like the content 👍
Fantastic video keep them coming 😊
Thanks for watching, we are just getting started 🤗
Great video, I did the very same thing with mine, although it took me 5 years 🤦♂️ . I’m not a trained mechanic so had to get help with some things like setting hydraulics, clutch etc. One mistake I made was putting cheaper parts in, instead of the Massey parts and had to do them bits again. But it was a good learning experience. Good luck with it, looking forward to seeing it finished. Will it go back to work or will it be a show tractor?
Thanks. It will be going straight back to work for the winter..
Great to see this content on youtube
Brilliant video 😍. Can't wait to see the cab restoration in particular. I loved those sirocco flexi cabs. They were a lovely looking cab in my opinion 😍
Thanks a million. Yes I love the sirocco cab, quieter than the Duncan cab and you could funnel warm engine air into the cab.. visibility not as good though. We have a new flexi waiting to go on it.
Super video thank you. Looking forward to the next. Can you give an insight to the paint types used and how applied. 👍🏻
Will do, I'll get Evan to talk through it in the next video.👍
Great video I’m new to your channel I’m currently starting to restore a mf 35 I’ve just finished a fiat 160-90 that took me 6 years to do with the help of a friend who is a mechanic I’m looking forward to the next video I live in meath as well
Don't worry, I'm new to my channel too 😂 Good luck with the 35, and well done on the Fiat 👍
Great video ye are doing a great job, did you have to touch engine at all
Thanks. No, we didn't need to touch it. We done a compression test and oil pressure check some time back and it was all good. Just replaced the lift pump and serviced the engine.
@@AgrimotiveFarmMachinery That was a great saving
peiture sur rouille pas sablé no good !
😂😂 No rust was painted over on this machine. Every inch of it was sanded
