2018 HP 15-bs289wm running Windows 11 Home v23H2 x64

This laptop isn't an eBay find but was part of an acquisition from one of my mother's friends from Indiana, she basically gave them to me since she didn't see a purpose for these old laptops anyway and she wanted me to back up her images for her (which I did).
Other than that, it shares some similarities from another HP-bs2xx series laptop that I have, other than a bigger HDD (and lack of DVD drive).
Yes, it's really slow.

Running Windows 11 on any kind of mechanical HDD is like running Windows 95 on a 67 MB MFM HDD from the 1980's when 504MB-1 GB IDE HDDs were readily available in Windows 95 era
