I have used Juggernaut AI for for over four years and doing GPP via Bridge blocks has allowed me to lift injury free and getting stronger at almost age 58! I will do another bridge block right after I compete in the USAPL Montana state championships this fall.

This is exactly what Icwas hoping to find on the channel! I'm no powerlifter but I do appreciate your perspective on the subject!
    Take care and thank you!

    Great content as always!
Could you also go a bit deeper into practical examples of how to transition from a powerlifting block into a gpp block after a comp? Things like "switch exercise X for Y on day Z", reps/sets schemes for jumps,/cleans etc

Will you be coming out with a program that includes more GPP work in the app, or is it something to do on your own?

Bridge Block accomplishes a good bit of this but will probably have some more in-depth aspects of it to come.

Will more mobility be incorporated in the app? Workouts like the one you recently did with the physical therapist who was also a BJJ black belt?

Q: Maybe a complicated task to solve, but, how come GPP/Cond. isn't included in the app? Like alternatives to do when needed or having the time... :)
