I was actually able to teach myself this shortly after getting into Star war’s. which was may 4th of this year, so yes literally on Star-wars day. 😅 I only managed to get it to spin in my hand, I didn’t think i was literally doing it correctly. Im gonna use your other tutorials for more advanced spins like the Obi-Ani (i think that’s what it’s called anyway) Thanks man. 👍🏾
i actually practiced this with an arrow i would normally use for archery lol now i’m looking into getting an actual light saber after knowing i have potential 😂thank you master Jake!

I found this on accident and learned today that this doesn't occur naturally for some people. But as a kid that played with sticks a lot, everyone's "natural" is different.
I’ve formulated a custom full coverage spin which requires you to switch the position of the lightsaber in your hand back and forth as you go back and forth almost, it took me a couple of months to master it 👌 you’re a great teacher I like how you break it all down
Fun Fact: This move has thousands of videos dedicated to it, so by the time UA-cam figured, that I just like same opinions on the identical topic days after I already learned it. Maybe I make a video of it, then I can teach you back the same emove. :D

Are there any particular sabers you recommend for twirling, specifically, in terms of hilt design and weight distribution? I went straight for the most technology advanced sabers, neo proffie v2.2, etc..., but the hilt I chose was very textured and uneven, making twirling a nightmare, but it was also quite heavy in general. Twirling is manageable, but kind of painful, honestly.

I actually do teach saber lessons through a gym-there are virtual options and it’s $10 per class if you don’t get any of the packs. Plus there’s a promo for three classes free

@@calebhenderson166 practice my friend. Saberforge is an excellent choice for high end sabers, ultrasabers for stunt sabers. I like the v3 sabers from ultrasabers the best for spinning
