Do these prices include the finished basements

Hi Joe, Yes unfinished basements are standard for all the homes. There are currently just 12 homesites remaining and 5 quick delivery homes. Do you have any other questions?

I'm confused because I would be interested in the model with the finished basement but apparently they're not finished for the most part?
