Thanks! This is the best of the best on my tips. I have loads more that I will be doing videos about but these are the most important ones. Thanks for the comment!
Hi Isabel, I am starting a new series of videos specifically for brand new channels which will answer most of your questions. But here it is, short version. The first 100 subs are the hardest to get and it comes down to 2 things, lots of videos, and getting seen in search. I usually recommend 100 videos to get a channel growing. Next, longer videos work better than shorter videos for new channels. I also like UA-cam shorts just for a little while for a new channel to help the UA-cam algorithm understand the channel. I put up a bunch on my channel here just to build up a channel history but I won't be doing many in the future. Next is getting seen in search, for that you need to identify search terms people are using that have high search volume but low competition. That is harder than it sounds but still possible. I like using a combination of TubeBuddy and vidIQ. You would need at least the lowest level of TubeBuddy to get their Keyword Research Tool, and then add the free version of vidIQ into that and you are good to go. Keep an eye on my channel over the next week or two and I will be showing all of this.

You have great ideas. I started uploading content 37 days ago and barely have 6 subscribers. Any suggestions?
