I bought handles with extension arms to replace the short arms, bringing my elbows close to the sides of my body, then I bought a bicep curl support (Arm Blaster) and rest my elbows in that... oh, boy, what a difference. It removes most of the weight/stress placed on shoulders/arms from using the shoulder rig.
@@giancarlo9189 Yeah, it's a lot to sort through haha. It could also be your render settings, etc. All forms of pro res are plenty enough data for log. Especially on cameras like those, whice are designed spefically for it :) Just keep experimenting and see what happens! Looking forward to seeing more stuff you shoot on it
@@DanielPeacocke thx! I am using premiere and see stuff i dont like in the preview and h264 export but i think I should also try divinci resolve somehow
@@giancarlo9189 Another thing to check for is make sure you have maximum render quality and maxumum bit depth checked in render. And that you r render bit rate is high enough
Even if I could a camera like this I still wouldn’t buy it , because I have lower back problems. Oh well , but I’m happy with my little Fuji xt4 . Great purchase.
They say that 800 is the base ISO, but in Log c I've noticed too much noise for my taste even when the exposure is spot on. With the baked in looks, I just did an interior shoot with natural light at 1250 Iso and it had a little grain but still looked extremely nice. I haven't done thorough tests at the various iso ranges. If shooting log I will probably continue to use much lower ISOs like up to 300 something. I'm getting such nice results using the looks, I might not use the log as much considering the hassle
I didn't think these cameras came in boxes, I though they came down from the sky with the sun hitting them just right.
😆

For exposure assistance, you could use false colour. That will help a lot.
oh boy. My dream camera. hahaha but that´s just a dream :( thanks for the video man! nice content keep going
If you are ever selling it, I would love to buy it!
potato jet single handedly reviveing used arri sales.
Hhaaa yea that was one reason. Fortunately for me this one can give me 4k files
The reason you got banding is probably due to the Lut you used, and not Log C in that codec :)
Thx for the reply! I tried all of the luts available from that web page
I'm still figuring it out for sure tho

Best camera after Alexa
Just got my Amira - How did you download the LUT(s) from the LUT generator, it is a little confusing.
Nice! But I did is I just downloaded all combinations on there which there aren't that many and tried them out to see what they look like

What did you find was the best ISO sweet spot
