Good evening Zack, I’ve been watching your channel now since October trying to study for my State Exam here in Oklahoma. I took my exam today and passed!!!!! This was my second try. I took it 2 weeks ago and missed it by 1 point. I over thought it the first time and changed several answers that I should’ve done. This time with the help from your practice tests I was much more confident in my answers. I refused to change anything. I just clicked finished and was going to be good with the answers that I selected. When the computer calculated my score and I saw the words “PASSED “ I thought I was going to faint!!! It felt like winning the lottery!!!! I want to thank you so much for the time that you spend on providing such amazing content!!!!! You truly are a Gem!!!
Thank you, I passed my Real Estate Exam, both national and state, for Pennsylvania on the first try... It was because of all your videos... I listened to at least, one of your videos per day... The concept videos and the real estate math was amazing...

At 13:00 the definition for Amendments shows “Add on’s, or fixes to contracts” I learned that amendments are changes or fixes to the original contract while addendums are add on’s. Does it make a difference? Btw thank you! I have been looking for some type of audiobook to help me study while I do other tasks throughout the day, but I couldn’t find any. I finally stumbled upon your channel and your videos have been sooo helpful!

@@arana2x978 Try visualizing the meaning with pictures or a short story in your mind. The Latin words/terms are sometimes similar to English too. Also you can repeat over and over and it will sink in. Relax and tune out all distractions. The best to you!

I wish I would have came across this channel earlier. what I think would help is also maybe some pictures. But mostly when words sound similar like for example erosion accretion avluvium. etc like not only examples of what they mean but keep them categorized. for example everything that has to do with mortgage and loans like what is an ARM Adjustable rate mortgage, what's interest what is principal, what is a fixed mortgage rate. then you go into the type of loans. What is a Va loan? what is Freddie mac, what is a reverse mortgage etc. then you go into contacts. So although these terms are great and I like to the way you explain things more clear. I believe that categorizing the terms would be a lot more useful.
First decode the question. Becareful not to skip over the question and think you have the "right" answer. The questions are created to trick you. Hope you pass.

I was trying to do the course on the website. However my state is not listed. It claims that the "national course" still applies. Does this give me the required time(number of hours) in my state? I live in AZ
We do not offer pre-licensing (state required hours) we just offer exam prep. Most students find the pre-licensing does NOT prepare them for the exam. So that's where we come in! The prep work does apply to AZ because of the national portion. The national portion is the same in all fifty states. AZ included! Hope that answers your question. Hi Zack! So, the definition of appraisal is clear, but I am not sure why you used the word appraisal when referring to the Gov’t rectangular survey. There is no value being evaluated there, that is just a method to dividing land parcels. Can you help me understand when you used the word appraisal to coincide with the gov’t rectangular survey? On 29:50, I believe Avulsion is the sudden tearing away of land, not the adding of land at all
Ypu right it's the tearing away of land , accretion is the addition to land!
